Brenda’s Body was started in early 2005 shortly after I retired from teaching. Continuing an obsession of experimenting with natural ingredients in skin care products, I decided to create a line of my own. I smile when I think back on how excited I was when I sold my first jar of product, while at the same time a little sad that I was letting one of my ‘babies’ go. I had worked hard to make my ‘baby’ as perfect as I could and wanted its ‘debut’ to be just right.
Six years later I feel that same way. My daughter Ayana has joined me in the business and is just as passionate and particular as I am if not more! Each of our products is a labor of love and much research and development went into the products you see on the following pages. We continue to seek knowledge and education in our field so that we can offer quality ‘green’ products for your entire family.
In the near future, Ayana is interested in developing a line of natural soaps for children in a custom design. With her creativity and penchant for perfection, I cannot wait to see what they look like and bring them to market!
