PRODUCT ORDERS
Prices and availability of product are subject to change without notice.
Products are shipped within 5 business days of receipt of your order.
Prices are listed in US dollars.
We sell our products through PayPal. PayPal's service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution.
RETURNS
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Brenda’s Body products. Each
product comes with a 30 day warranty. If you receive a damaged or defective
product, we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned
the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional
shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective
product.
REFUNDS
No cash refunds. Merchandise exchange only.
SALES TAX
All applicable sales tax will be charged for products shipped to those
jurisdictions that charge such a tax.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. You

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All products will be shipped Ground via USPS or UPS. Based on product order and
delivery service a flat rate shipping and handling charge will be applied
to all product orders.

We are unable to accept orders with P.O. Box delivery addresses. Delivery dates provided are estimates only and do not represent fixed or guaranteed delivery date.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing, only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. If your order cannot be processed, an email notification will be sent.
